Caitlin Campbell – Owner, Athletic Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher
Caitlin is a board certified Athletic Therapist with the Alberta and Canadian Athletic Therapy Associations and 200-level Registered Yoga Teacher. Caitlin finished her undergraduate studies in Kinesiology, majoring in Athletic Therapy, at the University of Calgary. She also completed her Advance Certificate in Athletic Therapy at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta. To compliment her focus in rehabilitation and fitness, Caitlin completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with the Alberta Yoga Teacher Training College under the guidance of Rob Walker and Cathy Shea. Caitlin also completed her JOGA training enabling her to teach specific yoga programming for athletes under the watchful eye of JOGA creator Jana Webb.
During her time at the University of Calgary, Caitlin began to develop an interest in treating and training not only elite athletes, but all active individuals. Caitlin practices an individualized, evidence-based and functional approach with all of her patients to fix both previous and current problems. A strong believer in injury prevention and enhancing quality of life through education and fitness, Caitlin aims to have each patient performing optimally no matter what his or her goals are. Making our bodies a priority in life is not a luxury, but a necessity, in order to enjoy all of what life has to offer.
