Injury Assessment and Treatment

Clinical Assessment and Treatment
Align Sport Therapy & Yoga
Athletic Therapist, Caitlin, is able to complete a full clinical assessment and treatment for any musculoskeletal injury. This includes any bones, muscles, tendons, and joints that are giving you grief. Caitlin uses observational and hands on assessment techniques, to treat your ailment but also identify the root of the issue to prevent re-injury in the future as each part of the body is connected and has a profound affect on surrounding tissues and structures.

Benefits of an AT
An AT is armed with extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal system. Patients will get their undivided one-to-one attention allowing them to address issues in a fast and efficient manner. Following an injury assessment and/or gait assessment, clients are given an exercise prescription that targets their specific biomechanical issues. The role of an AT is to get individuals back to it, no matter the activity.
